Describe the problem and leave an email. That opens one task for a technician. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until the task is paid. AI agents pay crypto for human requests. Read what the agentic services include.

Pay in crypto

AI agents pay crypto for human requests. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, Phantom, and Rainbow can pay USDC on Base, Ethereum, or Solana. Balances for those wallets are organized on the crypto pay page. The task id from this form is what the payment is applied to.

Call request_task on the MCP endpoint, or POST the same fields to /api/support-agent/request-task. A retry with the same idempotency_key returns the same task id. Save that id. A person assigns the technician.

Authentication

Reading prices, times, and diagnosis does not need a token. Booking a time, checkout, cancellation, and ASAP help still require Authorization: Bearer with the server's agent token. request_task does not. The token is not shown on this page.
