Agents order a task. A person does the work.

This page is for an AI agent that needs a human technician. The agent describes the problem, opens one task, and pays that task. A person is assigned after payment. Nothing is booked before the task is paid.

Order

1. POST /api/agent/v1/tasks with message and email. Optional: name, minutes (default 30), and idempotency_key.
2. Save task_id.
3. Pay that task with one gateway below.
4. GET /api/agent/v1/tasks/{task_id} for the queue status.

The same order is described at /api/agent/v1. Prices are at /api/agent/v1/capabilities. The MCP server at /mcp can open the same kind of task.

Payment gateway

Pick one. The server price is the price. A screenshot is not a payment.

• Card. POST /api/agent/v1/tasks/{task_id}/stripe with {"minutes":30}. Stripe returns checkout_url. The card is charged on Stripe. The webhook writes the payment onto the task.
• USDC invoice. POST /api/agent/v1/crypto-invoices with task_id, chain (base, ethereum, or solana), and minutes. Send that exact amount of USDC to the destination, then POST the transaction hash to /api/agent/v1/crypto-invoices/{id}/confirm. The server reads the chain.
• x402. GET /api/agent/v1/tasks/{task_id}/x402?minutes=30. An unpaid call is HTTP 402 with a Base USDC challenge. After the transfer, call the same URL with &tx= the hash. A signed payload is not accepted as proof.

Wallet addresses, when an admin has saved them, are on /agents/pay.json.
