Crypto Help Without the Confusion
Need help sending crypto, setting up a wallet, understanding network fees, recovering access, or figuring out why a transaction is stuck? Honesty Support provides one-on-one technical help for cryptocurrency users. We help you understand the process, avoid common mistakes, and complete transactions safely.
We do not tell you what crypto to buy or sell. Our role is technical support, education, and transaction assistance.
Help you can trust with your money
Crypto support attracts scammers, so we hold ourselves to a higher standard than a random helper on social media.
Federal background checks
Every Honesty Support technician has passed a federal background check before helping a client.
Bonded technicians
All technicians are bonded, an added layer of protection for you and your accounts.
Recorded sessions
Sessions are recorded for your protection and for quality review. You start and stop screen sharing yourself.
Non-custodial, always
We never hold, receive, or move your crypto. Your funds stay in your wallet, and you press Send.
What we can help with
Sending and receiving crypto
Not sure how to send Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC, or another cryptocurrency? We walk you through:
- Finding the correct wallet address
- Choosing the correct blockchain network
- Sending a small test transaction first
- Understanding confirmation times and fees
- Checking transaction status on block explorers
- Avoiding wrong-network mistakes
- Verifying destination addresses
- Understanding memo and tag requirements
Before you press Send, we help you understand exactly what you are doing.
Wallet setup and management
We help you understand and configure mobile, desktop, browser, hardware, exchange, and self-custody wallets, and multi-wallet setups.
Custodial wallets: a company controls the private keys on your behalf.
Self-custody wallets: you control the private keys and recovery phrase yourself.
We help you choose the appropriate setup for how you intend to use your crypto.
Hardware wallet help
- Initial wallet setup and PIN creation
- Recovery phrase backup on paper
- Connecting the wallet to your computer
- Installing blockchain apps
- Receiving and sending crypto
- Firmware updates
- Verifying addresses on the device screen
- Moving crypto from an exchange to cold storage
We will never ask you to send us your recovery phrase or private key.
Exchange help
Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Crypto.com, Gemini, Robinhood Crypto, and decentralized exchanges:
- Depositing funds and withdrawing crypto
- Finding deposit addresses
- Understanding withdrawal networks
- Moving crypto between platforms
- Finding transaction IDs and history
- Exporting account records
- Understanding basic order screens
We explain how the software works without telling you what to buy.
Stuck or missing transactions
Sent crypto and it hasn't arrived? Don't panic. Many problems can be investigated. We help determine:
- Whether the transaction was broadcast and confirmed
- Whether the address and network were correct
- Whether the exchange is still processing the withdrawal
- Whether a memo or destination tag was required
- Whether network congestion is causing delays
We also help you find the transaction on the right block explorer.
Wrong network transfers
One of the most common mistakes: USDC, for example, exists on several networks, and sending it on the wrong one can mean it never appears. We help you identify:
- Which network was used, and which address received it
- Whether the receiving wallet supports that network
- Whether recovery may be technically possible
- What to tell the exchange or wallet provider
Recovery is not always possible, but understanding exactly what happened is the first step.
Stablecoin help
USDC and USDT exist on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Tron, and other networks. We explain the differences and why the network must match on both ends before you send.
Understanding network fees
Bitcoin: fees depend on transaction size and current network demand.
Ethereum gas: sending ETH, sending tokens, swapping, and smart contract calls all cost different amounts of gas.
Solana: fees are usually very small, though congestion and priority fees can raise them.
We help you understand the fee shown before you approve anything.
Decentralized exchange (DEX) help
On Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, and more: connecting a wallet, choosing tokens, token approvals, swaps, slippage, liquidity, network selection, gas fees, confirmations, and revoking token permissions.
We explain the interface and transaction mechanics. We do not recommend investments or tokens.
Token approval help
Some apps ask you to let a smart contract access a token. We explain what an approval is, why it is needed, unlimited versus limited approvals, and how to review and revoke wallet permissions.
Crypto security help
Crypto transactions usually cannot be reversed. We help you build safer habits:
- Hardware wallets and cold storage
- Two-factor authentication, strong passwords, password managers
- Withdrawal address whitelisting
- Separate wallets for different purposes
- Secure backups and device security
- Scam recognition
Scam and fraud checks
Before you use an unfamiliar crypto website, wallet, token, or transaction request, we help you inspect it. Common scams: fake support reps, wallet "verification", recovery phrase requests, fake exchanges and wallet apps, phishing links, malicious approvals, impersonation, fake giveaways, romance scams, and "send crypto to unlock your account".
If someone contacted you unexpectedly and asked you to move crypto, talk to us before sending anything.
Managing multiple wallets
Exchange accounts, hardware, mobile, browser, cold, stablecoin, and trading wallets. We explain how to separate long-term storage from everyday wallets from experimental DeFi wallets, so less is exposed if one is compromised.
Records, organization, and explorers
We help you organize wallet addresses, exchange exports, transaction histories, transaction IDs, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers between your own wallets, and show you how to read a block explorer: status, confirmations, balances, fees, and contract interactions.
Records may help your tax professional. We do not provide tax or legal advice.
Protect your recovery phrase
Your recovery phrase can give complete access to your cryptocurrency. Never share it with anyone, including Honesty Support technicians, exchange support representatives, people contacting you on social media, Telegram or Discord users, or anyone claiming they need it to "verify" your wallet.
A legitimate technician does not need your seed phrase to help you. If you type one into our chat, it is hidden automatically and never saved.
Honesty Support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Suspicious transaction?
If someone is pressuring you to send crypto immediately, stop before completing it. A technician can help you examine the destination, the website, the wallet app, the request, and the instructions you were given.
We cannot guarantee a transaction is legitimate, but we can help you spot common warning signs.
Free crypto tools
Plan a transfer, check an address, and track a transaction yourself. Free, no account needed, nothing saved.
1. Plan the move
Choose what you have and what you want to end up with. The network matters as much as the coin.
2. Check the receiving address
Catches typos and addresses from the wrong network. Checked on our server and never saved.
3. Track the transfer
Paste the transaction ID (hash or signature) or the explorer link.
Remote crypto support
You don't have to figure it out alone. A technician walks you through it by phone, secure chat, screen sharing, or remote assistance when appropriate.
You stay in control of your wallet and transactions. Your technician explains where to click and what each step means.
You approve your own transactions.
What we will never ask for
- Your seed phrase or recovery phrase
- Your private key
- Your hardware wallet PIN
- Your exchange password
- A two-factor code for us to keep
- Remote control while you reveal recovery information
These stay private, always.

Frequently asked questions
Can you tell me what crypto to buy?
No. Honesty Support provides technical assistance and education. We do not give personalized investment recommendations or tell customers what cryptocurrency to buy, sell, or hold.
Can you trade crypto for me?
No. You stay in control of your account and approve your own transactions. We explain how the software and the transaction process work.
Can you hold my cryptocurrency?
No. Honesty Support never takes custody of customer cryptocurrency. Your crypto stays in your own wallet or exchange account.
Do you need my recovery phrase?
Never. No legitimate Honesty Support technician will ask for your recovery phrase (seed phrase), private key, hardware wallet PIN, or exchange password. If a recovery phrase is typed into our chat, it is hidden automatically and never saved.
Who are your technicians?
Every Honesty Support technician has passed a federal background check and is bonded. Sessions are recorded for your protection and for quality review, and you can end screen sharing at any time.
Can you recover lost crypto?
Sometimes. Many mistakes can be diagnosed and some have recovery options, such as adding the right network to a wallet you control or giving an exchange the details it needs. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, so recovery cannot be guaranteed. We help you find out exactly what happened and explain your technical options.
I sent crypto on the wrong network. What now?
Do not send more. We help you find which network was used, which address received it, whether the receiving wallet supports that network, and what to tell the exchange or wallet provider. If you control the receiving wallet, the funds can often be reached by adding that network.
Why is my transaction stuck?
Common causes are a low network fee, network congestion, an exchange that is still processing the withdrawal, a missing memo or destination tag, or the wrong network. We check the transaction on a block explorer with you and explain what is happening.
Can you help with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana?
Yes. We help with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, XRP, Stellar, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and others.
Can you help with stablecoins like USDC and USDT?
Yes. USDC and USDT exist on several networks, including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and Tron. We explain why the network has to match on both ends before you send.
Can you help with hardware wallets?
Yes. We help with setup, PIN creation, backing up the recovery phrase on paper, firmware updates, installing blockchain apps, verifying addresses on the device, and moving crypto from an exchange to cold storage.
Do you give tax or legal advice?
No. We can help you organize wallet addresses, exchange exports, and transaction IDs that a tax professional may ask for, but Honesty Support does not provide tax or legal advice.
How much does crypto help cost?
Crypto help uses the same simple pricing as all Honesty Support sessions: you pick 15, 30, or 60 minutes and pay once. Need Help ASAP chats are billed by the minute from IT credits only while a technician is with you.
Get help before you send
Crypto mistakes can be expensive. If you're unsure about an address, network, wallet, exchange, or transaction, have a background-checked technician walk through it with you before you press Send.
Real technical support. Clear explanations. You stay in control.
