  1. Download the Android app (or open the install guide we text you).
  2. If Chrome says the file may be harmful: Details → Download anyway.
  3. Open the file. If Android blocks unknown apps: Settings → allow for Chrome/Files → Install.
  4. If Play Protect warns: More details → Install anyway.
  5. Open Honesty Connect, sign in (Google is fine), and leave it open.
  6. Allow screen capture and the microphone when you share.

Windows x64 app. 6.4 MB. Extract the zip, then run honesty-connect.exe. Full mouse and keyboard.

  1. Download and extract the Windows zip.
  2. Run honesty-connect.exe. If SmartScreen warns, choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Customer: paste the support code, claim the session, allow control, then start sharing.
  4. Technician: sign in with Google or email, enter the join code, then connect.

Honesty Snapshot

This is the Windows screenshot program. Download it, open Honesty-Snapshot.exe, capture the screen, write on the picture, then save it to your dashboard.

Unzip the download and open Honesty Snapshot. Windows 10 and 11 run it as-is. Windows 8 uses the same program. Windows 7 uses it when .NET Framework 4 is installed. Windows Vista, XP, and 2000 use the older program and need .NET Framework 2.0. The picture is saved to the signed-in user's dashboard.

iPhone screen share is not installed from this site. Apple requires the App Store. Until that review is finished, use Windows or the Android app.

Server address

The apps already use this. Change it only if you are not on the public site.
