Install on this Android phone

One tap download. Android will show a few warnings because this app is not from the Play Store yet. That is normal. Follow the steps below.

Easy install steps

Tap Download Honesty Connect above.
Chrome warning If Chrome says the file may be harmful, tap Details, then Download anyway.
When the download finishes, tap Open (or open the file from your Downloads / notification).
Install blocked / unknown apps Android may say it cannot install unknown apps. Tap Settings (or Allow from this source), turn on install permission for Chrome or Files, go back, then tap Install again.
Tap Install, then Open.
Play Protect If Play Protect says the app is not recognized, tap More details, then Install anyway (or Don’t send).
In Honesty Connect, create an account, sign in, or continue with Google. Leave the app open.
Your technician can invite you into a chat or ask to see this screen. When asked, allow screen capture and the microphone.

Tell your technician which warning you see. Common ones are Chrome “harmful file,” “Install unknown apps,” and Play Protect.
